Beef Ribs Rolling On…


 
Oh yummy, never done them cut into singles like that before, let us know how it goes.
Also nice fat content, done right it should be better than brisket
 
Keep looking at that cut of beef, looks great.
If you kept them all attached you wouldn’t have to worry about them falling off the bone like I see, but should taste amazing either way.
 
About the singles…was squeezed for time and figured they would cook quicker. They cooked a bit too quick so they are lounging in the faux cambro. Live & learn.
