Also nice basket there, that come with the Weber rotiss?

So that's what a good beef rib looks like, the ones around here look like fatcicles.
Big thumbs up on that one Gary.

Bryan, I am cooking on the kettle, the rotisserie is a Weber. I ordered the basket on line. It is not a weber basket just a "rotisserie basket" I suppose an aftermarket for various rotisserie units.

here you go http://www.clagrills.com/allgrillparts/acc-rotisseries.htm I bought the stainless steel one. It is "good" appears to be made in China(like evrything) it is not flimsy, but could of been made a little more heavy duty. but it will do the job.

heres a better pic

I have cooked many ribs on the kettle, beef,spares,loins..all come out great. BUT..this rotisserie cooked those beef ribs in 1 hour and 15 mins. I then let them rest in foil for an hour. Next time I may choke the intake down a bit, there is still pleny of air leakage w/ the weber ring. I could drag out the cook for 3 hours if need be, but...dont think it will affect the end product either way.

Ditto to all of the above!! I wish I could find some dinosaur bones around here. Yours look mighty tasty. I like that basket too.
