I started some trimmed beef ribs on the Q Sunday afternoon. I wanted to try the Q, to see if I could control the heat using just the outside burner.
It was easy to control the heat using the outside burner and an indirect pan setup
Ribs after 1 1/2 hours
Ribs after another hour just befor foiling
Cooked in foil for about 1 hour
Ribs after foil removed, sauced with KC Masterpiece and honey and let cook for another 40 minutes
Sorry, no plated photos, the grandkids showed up and it was kind of confusing. The ribs were great with a light smoky taste from the wood
