Hey guys! I have a quick question about a cook I'm doing today. I bought a rack of beef ribs, and they look really nice. USDA choice and all!
My only concern is they are cut in half horizontally. I figure this will simply shorten the cook a little and I will just have to keep a close eye on them. If anyone has an opinion or experience with them any input would be much appreciated.
