Cooked up some brisket last week. Best way to enjoy brisket is in a sandwich, imo

Gave it a good 10 hours at around 225'







Washed down with a cold beer... DELISH!!

 
I like the way you cook and I like the way you dressed that sandwich....nicely done!
Ditto for me, Barry. The ciabatta roll and the red cabbage look like they'd compliment the brisket really well.

I've got to learn not to read this forum until after I've eaten so I'm not inclined to lick my monitor. :)
 
Barry, nice green cutting board, great sandwich, and will you turn the beer bottle
