Beef back ribs

So I found some beef back ribs yesterday for $1.65/lb while shopping at a new Costco Business Center warehouse which opened recently. Lots of restaurant and office supplies, including cuts of meat not sold at regular Costco warehouses.

I rubbed them quickly with S/P, garlic, onion, and chili powders and cooked them at slightly higher temp and foiled them the last hour as I was pressed for time. I thought they came out pretty good.

Nice Ribs George-Hey what kind of Rib Rack is that in your picture? It kinda looks like the Southern Steamer to me. How do you like it?

Thanks guys!

Yes, that is a Southern Steamer rib rack which I cut in half to get two smaller racks. It's a very nice, heavy duty rack. Kind of pricey but I like the way it's designed.
