Its going to rain here tomorrow in Sonoma (who hoo!!!). That means I need to cook 2 slabs of beef back ribs today. Since I virtually have never did a day before smoke, I thought I would get some advice on how to finish them tomorrow.
plan is:
smoke ribs till point of saucing today
wrap in foil, fridge overnight
heres where want verify or get help???
oven at 200f
leave ribs wrapped
heat for 60 minutes
apply sauce
caramelize under broiler
rest, cut serve
