8:00 am smoker fired up. 28 degrees out all vents open smoker steady at 235 degrees. 4 slabs st louis going on at 9:00 am. Should be done by 3:00 pm. 20 Wings going on gasser at 4:00pm. wings done by 5:00pm. Tater tots and beans. Doesnt get much better then this. Gotta take a day off work more often.

It all sounds great, but it might just have been a dream.

John, at the risk of painting myself technologically challenged, how does one easily post a pic from one's i-Phone?
 
U need a join a free photo hosting site like photobucket or imageshack. Set up a name like u did for this forum then u email your pics to them. They email u back the website link where your image is and then u paste that link into the post using the photo icon above. Its the third one from the right. Its actually pretty easy. U may mess up once or twice but everything has a learning curve.
 
Jon, here's the kicker when you're cooking several things & running around like a headless chicken if the camera's not right there you don't get pics!
