I had a spare bucket from the bakery down the hill and have started to use that for grill ”stuff” storage, extra gloves, skewers, thermopro, spare cables. It also works very nicely as a stool for fire monitoring during a long smoke.

I use two of these.

One for the fire-related and cleaning stuff, one for Thermoworks stuff mainly (thermometers, small silicone spatula & brush, etc.) Rubs and oil is inside kitchen.
