BBQ for 10 - 12 people, menu ideas

I'm moving an want to get rid of my stockpile of charcoal + meat in the freezer. What better way to do this than have a BBQ! I've got 10-12 people coming round in a months time and I'm wondering now what I should cook.

I have a WSM 18" and a 22.5" OTG... and a Q200. In the freezer I have one large butt (obviously do a pulled pork) and two thin(ish) racks of ribs.

So at the moment I'm planning:
- Ribs (they are kinda thin so they won't go that far to be honest)
- Pulled Pork
- Buns
- Coleslaw
- Potato Salad (maybe)
- Cornbread (maybe)
- Baked Beans (I've never done these before so maybe, maybe not!)

What else could I do? I don't mind using the Kettle at the same time, or doing something else the day before and reheating. I feel like I should do some different meats (?)

Any and all ideas are welcome :) Kinda looking for inspiration at the moment.

Before anyone says 'Brisket' I've done this once before and it didn't come out too well and I don't think this is the time to try again.

Haha :D You can bring the beers

EDIT: What are peoples thoughts on fatties? are they universally liked per se?

I enjoy fatties in the morning. Smoke up a nice fatty, make a batch of biscuits, slice and make a nice breakfast sandwich with it.

old pot head here, when you said fatty, I'm thinking Mary Jane<LOL>...been 30 years anyways since I smoked grass so

In regards to your send off party, why not plan on doing ABT's? Depending on your skill set and speed, they can be laborious to put together, so better to do it the day(s) ahead of your gathering. I know I'd like to walk into a BBQ party and be greeted with cold beer and a few warm to hot ABT's:cool:

my 2 cents

That pulled pork is really universal. Add some tortilla shells/wraps and garnishes in case some folks want tacos/fajitas. I also second the ABTs, they are always a hit.
