My wife was craving bbq sauced chicken….so that’s what we did. Chicken breast seasoned with Holy Gospel and Brigade Chicken seasoning. On the SSP. Kingsford charcoal. At internal of 155, I sauced one side, let it go for 5 minutes, flipped then sauced other side. Set for another 5 then pulled it off. Turned out good. Used SBR Sweet Vidalia Oniion sauce. Grill some corn on the gasser. Looks great Terry, you've got the perfect weather now in Phoenix. Up here in the high country we have super high winds and cold nights still.
Abought the time everything settles down here the charcoal ban will go into effect
Hoping to get a few cooks on my performer before the charcoal ban kicks in.
 
There’s a charcoal ban up there?! Well that means I wont be moving up there. I mean honostly I grill all year around, which is very doable in Phoenix. Weirdest thing though…I grew up in western Washington state…rain country, and you would think winter here would be more grilling…but it’s in the summer more.
