My wife was craving bbq sauced chicken….so that’s what we did. Chicken breast seasoned with Holy Gospel and Brigade Chicken seasoning. On the SSP. Kingsford charcoal. At internal of 155, I sauced one side, let it go for 5 minutes, flipped then sauced other side. Set for another 5 then pulled it off. Turned out good. Used SBR Sweet Vidalia Oniion sauce. Grill some corn on the gasser. Wife did some mashed potatoes too.
