BBQ Bash in Wildwood MO

Anyone competing in or going to the Wildwood BBQ Bash this weekend? Our team (Uncle Gus) will be competing and selling so stop on by.

In addition to a WSM and a couple of kettle grills, we also use a pretty unique smoker. A buddy of mine works for Ameren UE (local electric co.) and got his hands on an old transformer box (big one with double doors). After a thorough cleaning, he added a smoker box, a chimney, double walls and insulation, racks, and wheels. Not the prettiest smoker in the world but definitely a conversation starter. The thing is a beast. I'll try to get some pics this weekend to post.
