Because of my busy schedule this week leading up to the superbowl i just got back from sams club so i had to prep my ribs today.I just finished removing membranes off of 6 full racks of BB's -rubbed them good - cut them in half and wrapped then put in freezer. should i plan on dusting them again next sunday morning before they go on the WSM? Will freezing them after they are rubbed take any flavor away or tone down the rub in any way? GO GIANTS !!!
