Keeping it simple as had to take spawn #3 to emergency doc due to earring lock imbedded in ear after puppy pulled on it. I won’t even go there.
Dry rub roasted chicken, indirect at 450° for 15 then down to 400° for 50. SPOG, hot chili powder and cayenne. Pull temp was 156° tonight.
Fresh asparagus with SPG and EVOO drizzle.
And a Runquist Petite Sirah to ease it all down. This is my last 2014 and is full of flavor. Runquist is a master winemaker. He doesn’t grow grapes, he just makes incredible wines. Support his winery if you like high end wine at very reasonable prices.
