Basic Barbecue Chicken

I used the recipe on this site, basic barbecue chicken, and it really is good. Try it if you havent. The only problem that I had was severe flare up while trying to crisp the skin as shown on the recipe. Other than that, mmmm cest bon cher!!!!
 
Billy, the chicken does require scrutiny during crisping phase, but with some practice you will develop a technique, as i have, which will result in nice, crispy skin. One thing i do is have a place to quickly move the chicken to while i get the flareup under control. Gloves and a good set of tongs are a must IMO.
