The Executive Chef at my work sent me a link yesterday to a website that I've never heard of that does free online courses about cooking. They have one up right now about Barbecueing. I enrolled in it to see what it was all about. I've only read a couple pages into it, but it is a good read and very detailed. I though I'd share it here in case anyone else was interested.

I signed up for it. They basically advocate sous vide for everyting and then cold smoking. The results might be ok, but I'm not interested. It's not barbeque.

Yeah, I didn't realize they pushed the sous vide thing so much before posting it. There are several recipes for rub and sauces that made it well worth while still.
