Does anyone have a good recipe for barbecued beef (for sandwiches)? Thanks!

Too easy. Just smoke a brisket. Highly recommend Old No. 2 rub from www.texasbbqrub.com if your buying.

What kind of sandwiches? Chuck roasts can be cooked to the point of being pullable like a Boston Butt. Or you can do an eye of round to around 145 and slice it thin. I recently did my first chuck roll, the Sams were I live just started carrying them. Pulled at 215 and it just fell apart. Made great sandwiches using cheap white buns, a little sauce, onions and a pickle slice.
