Barbecue sundaes with Prairie Breeze mac & cheese

Thanks all- seriously next time you have leftover pulled pork, those sundaes are so simple and tasty. We have a little bit of light pollution out here, but it is pretty on a clear night. I don't mind a couple days in the big city, but sure would hate to have to drive an hour for summertime stargazing.
