Bar/Grill Smoker

Hey guys,
I have a friend who owns a small bar/grill and he wants to start serving ribs on the weekends. He's not very internet savvy, so I couldn't just direct him to this website. I've been helping him out here and there, but he wants to know what kind of smoker he should buy. He wants to cook about 30 racks of ribs at one time. He's considering just cutting a barrel in half and modifying it, but I was wondering what other ideas that you guys might have. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
lets see... rib rack=6 ribs times two sections so thats 12.. hmmm 12 times... well three or four wsm's! thats as bad as my beer math. I better leave this to the rest of the guys on here who would know. the've taught me much so far. Good luck
 
He needs to find out the possibilities from the local HD and FD first. He may be restricted to electric or gas, he may, not be able to cook outdoors at all, or possibly only with certain considerations, changes, etc. Those questions he needs to answer first.
