Bar b que shows on TV?

I watched Paula Dean last night. She travelled around to different southern states and checked out their types of BBQ. Tennesse (Memphis in May), the Carolinas , with their regional sauces and Kentucky (I was stationed their and had Burgue (sp) before), also Texas. What interests me is the regional sauces from the Carolinas. Tomatoe base, Vinegar or Mayo based.
Anyway, my wife thinks I have a crush on Paula Dean but honestly, she looks pretty good mopped with BBQ sauce, don't you think?

Well, Bobby Flay may or may not be a tool on TV, but have you eaten at any of his restaurants? My dinner at Mesa Grille was fantastic.

I do enjoy BBQ-U but it mostly seems to be grilling.

It's too bad that Food TV no longer shows "Grillin' and Chillin'" with Bobby Flay and Jack McDavid. That was probably the best grilling/barbecue show they ever made.

And think whatever you want about Bobby Flay's personality, the food in his restaurants is amazingly good.
