Bad luck with new stainless steel grates

Just got one of the quilimetal stainless steel grates for my kettle grill and they.arrived warped (they don’t lie flat the grill like the steel plated Weber ones do). Anyone have good luck with one of the off brand replacement stainless steel grates on Amazon? I thought the quality of the steel looked good as well as the thickness so I would order again, just don’t want to get another warped grate.

Get a wedge and stand on it, see if you can get it right.

Jeffrey.... Contact them. I have their ss grates on my 330, wsm and kettle. No issues at all.

If you can't readily fix your grate, I am confident that Qlimetal/Amazon will make it right. I have a lot of respect for Qlimetal's products, but sometimes shipping can be really hard on grates. I would recommend going with them again.

I agree with Jon QuliMetal will take care of you.
I love my grates I bought for the Genesis. Of course it came with instructions to bang them square again after shipping.
