Bacon Burgers (again)

Family craved burgers for Sunday. 80/20 beef formed into patties with a pat of butter in the middle and seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning.

Slow cooking some bacon indirect.

Burgers seared and on indirect. Starting some chopped mini-peppers and onions to add to the burgers.

Burgers off. Surfer Dude and I like cheese. Not sure why wife and older son don't....

My burger built, and it tasted great!

Nothing left on this table at the end!
