So I took another shot at bacon, used the maple bourbon cure from Amazing Ribs, with a final bourbon bath and some coarse ground black pepper. Results were good, feel like I’m getting closer to “getting it”.
And my sons turned 22 this week, so made some baby backs. They turned out great, 5 twenty-somethings made short work of two racks
