Baby-Mac-Mustard

Another great day to be alive and be in Tennessee!
Currently partly cloudy, low 80's, light and variable winds.

Tonight it's All Blues Hog All The Time!
Lucky me, I actually went to school with Bill Arnold, the Main Man at BluesHog.com!

Tonight's menu:
Baby Back Ribs
Alton Brown's Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese
Neelys' Braised Mustard Greens With Bacon and Raisins

Hurricane Malt Liquor x 2

A new grocery store opened yesterday morning. Only 4 minutes from home!

I let the ribs get a little over done.

Nice looking meal there Charles, wish i had a decent gro store 4 mins away, have to drive 80 miles round trip for grocery shopping.

Should've titled this one 'food drive' lol.

good lookin' food there (the unprocessed stuff)

Guess I should answer the questions that you may have, now that I've had time to think about that.

1. The recipes are here and here.

2. No, I wasn't asleep or (too much) under the influence that I let the ribs go too long. I was trying to stretch the cook till the girls got home from the grocery, multi-task the sides, etc. and I just forgot to check them soon enough. Interestingly enough, there's no leftovers to speak of.

Charles, you can drink TWO 40's?!!

You sir are the man if you can.

Derek,
I guess I am "Da Man", then.
Here's a little advice on drinking 2 40's of Hurricane...
Take yo' time. A soda and something to eat in between is very helpful.

Failing that, please refer to my quote above about having been 'too drunk to fish'.
