A new grocery store opened yesterday morning. Only 4 minutes from home!

I let the ribs get a little over done.

Still good, tho! Blues Hog Honey Mustard on the left, Original on the right.

Guess I should answer the questions that you may have, now that I've had time to think about that.

1. The recipes are here and here.

2. No, I wasn't asleep or (too much) under the influence that I let the ribs go too long. I was trying to stretch the cook till the girls got home from the grocery, multi-task the sides, etc. and I just forgot to check them soon enough. Interestingly enough, there's no leftovers to speak of.

And yes, I have been too drunk to fish.

I guess I am "Da Man", then.
Here's a little advice on drinking 2 40's of Hurricane...
Take yo' time. A soda and something to eat in between is very helpful.

Failing that, please refer to my quote above about having been 'too drunk to fish'.
