Yesterday I took the day off from the office to spend some time with my buddy:

The wife is not much of a red meat eater so I threw on some Baby Backs with some homemade rub

Here they are after two hours kept at 220

I foiled them with apple juice and put them back on the grill for another two hours. Meanwhile on my performer the apps are ready....I'm addicted to these things:

Ribs are almost done so I threw on some potatoes on the gass grill:

Dinner time! ABTs, grilled potatoes with mustard aioli, blueberry coleslaw, Baby Backs and a crafted brew. This weekend I'm heading to a local BBQ competition...Battle of the Bones (BOB):
