For Smoke Day Monday, we did a couple of slabs - but not until we kicked off the day with a little breakfast on the Weber griddle:

Dusted up the ribs and got them on....

meanwhile, Doris baked some buttermilk rolls...

This is after about 4 hours...

wrapped them for about an hour and 15 minutes, then sauced:

..and served with spinach from the garden and corn - Yum! Thanks again, and Cheers to Chris for hosting a great weekend here at the Virtual Weber Bulletin Board... Woot!
