Thanks Dave, I cooked them at 225* for about 6 hours and they were very tender, not falling off the bones but just right, these were probably the best ones I've done to date as far as tenderness..

Very cool. I bet your wife really appreciated your efforts.
 
Beautiful color inside and out. You didn't put any of that stuff from the orange container on those ribs did you? I thought I only did that.
