Baby backs for friends

Hot day yesterday in Jersey, but time for an annual Q with friends. Nine of us total. I apologize in advance -- not many pics here; too busy and too hot! However, a good time was had by all.
Cornbread, black-eyed peas with collard greens, cole slaw, cheese-stuffed shrimp wrapped with home-cured bacon, and six racks of baby backs with home rub and sauce on the side. I'll try to take some pics tonight of the leftovers. The shrimp were worth the effort: Rick Baykess's recipe. I'll post that later too. Thanks again for looking. Note: it's cooled down here considerably today. Whew. May finally have to get an air conditioner one of these days! ;
