Baby back ribs for SD 2025


 
I did not get many pics, none done or plated.

Smoked with some peach chunks and a mix of leftover briqs, leftover lump and royal oak lump. One pull to open is always gratifying.

Pit temp was 220 dome, 235 grate. Smoked about 3 hours. I wrapped in foil, and let it go another hour at 300F.

I removed the wrapped baby backs from heat and moved them to a cooler to hold for an hour or two.

This was three hours in.
