Baby Back Rib Help

Whats up guys. I plan on doing 2 slabs of BB ribs today on my 22.5. I want to try and do them without wrapping in foil. Anyone have any recipes or instructions on this? I plan on putting them on around noon for a 5 o'clock dine. Thanks.

No the only time I tried to use the grill, it was a fire and charcoal ribs. I figured "quit while I'm ahead", discretion is the better part of valor. I was sick of the waste of money and time. Some of us just don't have that gift.

The cook went well. Fired up the 22.5 and set the Guru at 255. Let it settle in and put the ribs on at 11:30. Didn't open cover until 3:30. Toothpick tested them and they were done. Sauced them and pulled them off at 4:00. May have been a hair overdone. When I was pulling them off I did the bend test and picked them up with my tongs and they cracked in the middle. Nevertheless they were delicious and NO FOIL. I liked them better than ribs ive done in foil. I think this is the way I will do them from now on.

2 racks should not take 5 hours at say, 225. Better to underdo than over do as you can always cook them more, but never less.
