Even though it's my birthday, if there's an opportunity to cook meat on fire, I'll be out there doing it and today was no exception!
No plated pics, but it turned out great!
While the bottle of Yuengling is probably nothing special to most here on the forum, it's not available up here in Canada, so I brought home a couple of cases of it when returning from Buffalo last weekend. The "W" gift cards are to my favourite place in Toronto called WVRST, which is a German style beer and sausage hall. Good times!
