My wife, who wanted me to wait until Christmas to use the WSM she got me, realized that (since she's visiting her family this week) if I didn't open it at least a day early, she wouldn't get any...

I made it until Christmas Eve. That dang thing pegged at 235 degrees, and didn't budge more than about 5 degrees after that.

The two "soda can chickens" were just plain amazing.

Anyway, it's begun!
