Used this recipe and turned out what might be the best ribs I've ever cooked. On the Searwood at 275 with Cabelas (Bass Pro) apple pellets.

Nekked. I think they were on about 3 hours. Took a little longer than I expected, but they were pretty meaty. Nice pull off the bone.
