Actually..... those teeny tiny little bottles are wonderful to send by the case as care packages to overseas troops. Apparently, they're highly valued to dose MREs.

I've just been buying Tellicherry peppercorns on Amazon. I've had good luck, don't really have a preferred vendor. If you've got a restaurant supply nearby, that might also be worth trying.
