Apple smoked Pork loin on the rotisserie


 
Great looking roast Angie - nice smoke ring and it looks pretty juicy too. I love cooking 'taters in my drip pan too - they take on a great flavor that way. I actaully saw that rub as Sam's this morning and almost bought some - now I will definitely give it a try...
