I've read about basting with "premium" apple juice. What is the difference between premium and just apple juice? I just got back from Wal Mart where I was looking for premium apple juice. They had "made from concentrate" and "not made from concentrate" does that make any difference? Also "unsweetend" and "naturally sweetend". Will it say "premium" on the lable?

The Martinelli brand designates theirs as "premium", and is what Chris uses in his cooks described on the site. (100% apple juice.)
 
Thanks Doug, I'll go to United and see if they carry Martinelli. Going to do ribs tomorrow but haven't decided on BRITU or Sugarless Texas Sprinkle.

I just really like Martinelli's. It's a local Northern California product that tastes really good, so I like to use it when barbecuing. Feel free to use any apple juice that you would enjoy drinking.
