Apple Cider Ribs (Chris Lilly)


 
I tried this recipe but made one miskate, I cooked them for 2 hours uncovered and two hours covered (accidental deviation aka mistake). I also did not glaze them or cook any additional time. But everyone that tasted them loved them. The were tender and juicy.
Next time, I might just follow the original recipe.
