Just started watching this. It's now Netflix. Interesting show so far.

It was alright. Best part was our California competitor Sylvie Curry, I see her all the time when I'm judging BBQ competitions around the state. She routinely uses a WSM as part of her arsenal.

I just started watching this recently (I'm in season 2 now). It's just ok. I think there's some hinky stuff going on that kinda detracts from the quality of the show. I mean honestly, how does one "accidentally" let a pellet pooper Traeger get to 450??

Isn’t that the show that kicked out Ken Rollins early and let a girl that never cooked a brisket win?
Their brisket cook episode had more fails than wins too.
I’m not sure I can take another season of that but it’s bbq so I will probably suffer through next season.
