Anyone use these chili flakes?

Regular red chili flakes. Comparison of heat and flavor. Possible specific use recommendation. I'm seeing these names popping up more and more.
 
I use Aleppo peppers in my middle-eastern kofka kabobs. Just a little heat with fruitiness. Really good.
Same. Sadaf brand which I get at a few local markets. It’s not spicy like cayenne.

If you want heat, grind up some arbol chilis.

Calabrian is in sopressata salami iirc. Those are hot and good.
