So you can prop the lid & use it as a windbreak.

Just a way to put the lid. Guess it can be used as a wind break. I rarely use it though.

It makes sense as a wind break and I'll use it in that manner as the places we camp always seem to be breezy. I'm only going use it to grill and make cowboy coffee.

Then yer all set ! I'm still working on a folding wind break as my cooking area can be rather breezy, more than I would like at times.
