anyone tried beef brisket on the kettle or with a rotisserie?

I was wondering if anyone has ever made a beef brisket on their kettle or used the rotisserie for it. I know that this is more of a meat for smoking, but I don't have a smoker. Just curious and if you had any luck, would love to hear how you did it.

All the time...love Briskets on the kettle. Search the forums, firebrick method. Can get 7+ hr cooks at 250-275. Come out perfect.

The Kettle is the ultimate...dont think there is nothing it cant do

its the only way i do it. great results. it might take a few before you get to what you like but thats the fun of it.
