Anyone Make Homemade Bacon?

Anyone done homemade bacon on the SF or any other pellet popper? If so maybe share your method(s) and whether or not successful? Thinking I would like to make some
 
I did, on my EX6, 2 years ago and it came out excellent. This is notes from the cook: "3.3 lb. Pork Belly from Fatbacks Custom Cuts. Thawed, removed skin, and cured 8 days in Jess Pryles cure. 24 hrs. rest in fridge. Pit Boss Apple Blend pellets.
Plan to use smokeboost for at least 2 hours. Pull at 150° IT.

EDIT: I did make a note in my log to do the next complete cook at 200 and not use smokeboost.
