Anyone know these products?

I have been using the Caja China for 12 years now. It is an amazing cooker. It is NOT a smoker, but rather a giant roaster. We use it every Christmas Eve to cook a whole pig (my wife is Cuban and it is a tradition that her dad passed on to me). We also use it to cook chickens for large parties and we have done a few whole deer as well. I am not sure how to link another post, but if you look for my recent post entitled "Malta Marinade, I posted a few pics there of last years pig. The best thing about it is that it takes very little effort to cook on and it can cook a 70lb pig in less than 6 hours. If you get one to cook a pig, I would recomend the #2. It is a little deeper than the #1 and IMO does a better job.
 
The smoke pistol is an add on to create a smoker effect for the La Caja China. If you search this forum there have been conversations about it and a throw down with Bobby Flay against the creator of the box.
 
A friend of mine bought the smoke pistol from Hawgeyes. He attached it to his small gas smoker. The only time I saw him use it he couldn't get the pellets in the "bullet" to light properly (he was using a hand torch) and resorted to wood chips in foil for the cook. Last I heard he figured out that he was doing something wrong when trying to light it and is now quite impressed with how it well it works.
