Anyone have a Dalstrong cutting board?


 
Wow. If that's constructed well at all, that's a pretty good deal for an end grain board of that size. Some of the reviews are a little troubling, but some of those I'd have to suspect are user environment issues. Make sure you've got storage for that monster, it's gonna take up a LOT of space.

What have you read, Bruno? I’m not seeing anything in the reviews to give me much pause. Then again the reviews are posted on their site not a “disinterested third party’s”. I’ll stick with what I have and replace with Boos or someone else, the price seems not terribly outrageous but, meh.
