Anybody experiment with coconut curry?

1st attempt with coconut curry. Used red and green curry, green bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, shallots, chicken, coconut milk, and mine got a dash of cayenne. Mine also got sriracha, and holy cow, it unleashed the complexity of the sriracha like nothing else I've ever used it on, and I use it on everything.

I have a had time with coconut milk. It looks great and i bet it was god. But i ehh hate coconut milk. I always go for a stirfy sauce when im wooking. Heck if im doing a curry sauce at home i go Milk/cream 50/50 based. not authentic but i like it.
