Sunday I fired up my Weber performer for some ABTs

I let the ABTs smoke at 220 for 1.5 hours as I prepared the burgers, once the ABTs were done I pulled them off and they on the burgers, the mushroom is for the non red meat eater

I got the grill hot and put down the fries

Buns toated for two and the chesse is melted

This one is for me, yep those are two ABTs under the onion, spread with a mustard garlic aoli.
