Another steak post!

Yep same ole Friday nite! Little Tri tip steak and salad tonight! Started here!

Ok and we moved on!! Meat at the 1/2 point (darn sun)

Enjoyed a nice chocolate porter while things got groovey!
(yep smoker running as well!)

Moved the Tri back and basted with garlic butter while the bread got warmed up!

Everything off and plated! Nice balsamic and maple syrup dressing (wierd but very tasty) with garlic bread and some parm cheese sprinkled on top!

Oh ya what's on the smoker! Bacon!! Just a small couple bellies I dry brined this week! Was hoping to do some chicken sausage as well but work got in the way! More on the bellies later!

Mike the meat had S&P, garlic and dried rosemary! Basted with garlic butter when moved indirect!

Scott I tend to agree but then again I normally don't smoke bacon in the summer so it was just fitting!
