I got some sausages and they’re about to be grilled..

Sautéed onions and yellow peppers,

Baked feta tomato rigatoni,
Prepped

Plated may follow or not depending on just how hungry we all are...

Sorry, boys and girls the clan was ravenous! But, I did manage one feast shot...
The darker links are “Kiolbassa” beef garlic sausages. Grandson spotted them and said that he thought they would be good. This batch had REALLY tough casings but, the flavor was excellent. A couple of the Italians were left so, I have sliced them and folded them into the leftover rigatoni thing and will bake that for another dinner. The sausages were all delightful!
Oh, and yes that is a vat of melted butter!

Really Larry, the sausages from my guy are not terribly dangerous but, the cauldron of butter which ended up on pretty much everything might be.!
