Hey Folks,
I'm picking up this Red Head three burner tomorrow for a really nice price. I already have a red head that I use for my primary. I enjoy restoring Webers and bringing them back to life. Looking forward to this next project. Stay tuned..

I hope you have some spare parts. It looks like you will have to replace all the shelves and the burner knobs at a minimum.
I will be looking forward to updates on your progress.

Thanks Bruce & Jon

Hey Hey fellow Grillers
The RED head is officially mine. Paid only $20 for her. Since I drive a Honda accord, I literally had to take the whole grill apart frame and all. No big deal though, I've been there before.
Need help with some part #'s:
Burners
Ignitor
flavor bars
I also need a drip pan. Mine is roached. I have read here on the forums that they dont make one for the Genisis 1000 anymore. So what are my options?
Who's fabbing a dip pan up on a limited run bases that i can get my hands on one? I'd pay for one if you have it.
I will definitely post pics up along the way of the build. Stay tuned.

Genesis 1000 part #s

Grates; 7525 7527(Stainless)

Flavorizer: 9813 7538(Stainless)

Burners: 7506

Igniter: 7509 or 7510 depending on what type of switch you need. Snap in vs bolt on.
